Frequently asked questions about luggage storage
What are Stow And Go’s opening days and hours?
Most of our storage facilities are open 24/7. Some storage facilities may close at night, but are still accessible to anyone with a locker PIN, which must be entered to open the storage facility door as well as the locker.
How long can I leave my luggage for?
Open all day and all night with no time limits.
How long after I reserve my locker can I open it with my code without releasing it?
As many times as you want until half an hour before the end of your booking.
Can I be safe?
Why doesn’t my locker open when I go to collect my luggage?
Your locker is too full. In this case, don’t pull the locker door toward you, but press it slightly inward.
I booked for 3 hours. Does this mean that in 3 hours I have to come back because my locker will open on its own?
Absolutely not. Your reserved locker will remain locked and reserved until you return to enter the unlock code you entered when booking and also received by email.
